Environmental Impanct Assessment (EIA)

Do you know that when we wanted to build some building or develop a place, we nee EIA. What is EIA?

EIA is a procuderes which serves to provide information to local authority planners, other regulatos and other interested parties and also the general public. So people, we have the right to know what is hapenning in that developing area.

People who in the area of law or people who are good in law, they know how to play with it. in the law, it was stated there if u wanna develop a place 500 ha or more than that, u would need to do an EIA. Hence, it also mean if u wanna develop a 499 ha area, u do not need to do EIA. u can cop down wat ever u wan. DO u get wat i mean? it is funny...

Public also do not know that they have the right to know the condition and also regulations involved in a developing area. Hmm...if people do know that they hav the right to know bout that, do they even care bout that?

how to make ur home drain clean...

There are many causes of drain clogging. some is cos of grease layer and green waste (leaves).
Where do the grease layer came from??? The ans is...Ur KITCHEN...When finish cooking, the oil is throw in the sink or drain. Tat' y it will clogged. It is very bad that ur home drain clog. It will cause bad odor.

Here are some tips bout how to clean those clog without using chemical drain cleaner.
- lemon scent...squeeze some in to the drain
- When the drain is clogged with grease, we can try pouring a cup of salt and a cup of baking soda down the drain followed by a generous amount of boiling water. This will dissolve the grease and clear the drain.
- Then we can use Hydra Biological Treatment with bacteria and enzymes for all grease and fat deposits. This Hydra Biological Treatment is biological method to decompose grease in the food trap. It is bacteria that will fix a clogged drain

There are some prevention of drain clogging with grease layer. To prevent clogs:
- Freeze gravy and grease in a plastic then throw in rubbish bin
- Never pour grease down sinks or toilets
- Pour grease and oil into a can, store it in the freezer and put it in the trash when it's full
- Scrape food scraps into a can or the trash
- Catch food scraps with baskets or strainers in sink drains and throw scraps in the garbage
- Recycle grease and oil
- Don't pour grease or oil into sinks, floor drains, or onto a parking lot or street
